Yes, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email with your order number. We’ll handle changes or cancellations as long as logistics permit.
Our site shows real-time stock status. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we’ll display an estimated restock date where possible. We may contact you if there’s a delay.

Yes. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation with our bank details. Please initiate the transfer from your bank. We ship or prepare your order once the payment is received in our account. Note: any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
This option allows you to place your order online, then pick it up in person at our physical shop and pay upon collection. This way you save on shipping and inspect your order before paying.
Yes / No (depends on your policy). If yes, we ship to countries within the EU / specific regions—shipping costs and times vary. If no, orders are limited to Croatia or local region.
For in-stock items, delivery within Croatia usually takes X-Y business days. For international shipments, expect Z-W business days (depending on customs etc.).
Yes. If you choose to pick up your order in our shop, there is no additional charge. Orders will be held for N days; if not collected in that time, we may cancel or restock.
If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 14 days (or your business’s standard) provided they are in original condition, unused, with tags. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective / an error on our part.
If your payment fails (card declined, bank transfer not completed in time etc.), we’ll contact you. Please double-check your payment details and funds or contact your bank. For bank transfers, ensure to include any reference number required to match the payment to your order.
